Our guidelines protect the privacy of our clients and the provisions of this notice apply to all present and former clients of the firm. We do not sell or trade customer information to outside companies.
In order to provide our clients with financial services or products, we may collect what is known as “nonpublic personal information.” We may collect this information about our clients from various sources, including, but not limited to:
- Information we receive from our clients in connection with our providing financial services to them, including preparation of tax returns, financial statements, estate planning, accounting services, business valuations, litigation support, assistance in obtaining financing, etc.

We endeavor to continually keep our files complete, accurate, secure and confidential. We will give clients reasonable access to their information we have about them.
The firm’s confidentiality and business ethics policies provide, among other things, that all clients’ information is considered private and privileged. Employee access to client information is limited to those individuals with a business reason to know such information. The firm’s files and data processing systems are in a secure environment that prohibits client information from being accessed by unauthorized parties and we maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to guard our clients nonpublic personal information.
